Risk Description
The article has too many duds with and without fuse. Users can ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. Moreover, the fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which can cause injuries and/or burns to the user or bystanders or could cause a fire. In addition, the article does not extinguish after functioning within 120 seconds, which may cause fire to surrounding objects. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
