Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 1,11 % by weight of DEHP and 27,5 % by weight of DINP, - the transparent plastic foil with printing contains 22,7 % by weight of DEHP. According to Directive 2005/84/EC phthalates shall not be used in the toys and the products designed for a care for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for health of a child.

Product Description
A flotation toy- inflatable swim ring in shape of an unsettled square is made of softened PVC, the top is transparent with printing, the bottom with warnings in various languages is yellow. A head of Donald Duck with an orange beak, blue eyes and a blue cap is affixed to the ring The toy is packed in a paper box with a coloured printing with a picture of two models of the product in the front and marking on the back. The sticker in Slovak language with a name of distributor, warnings and code is attached to the packing, too.
