The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 6,1 % by weight of DINP, - the transparent plastic foil with printing contains 23,8 % by weight of DINP,- the blue plastic foil contains 21,7 % by weight of DINP.According to Directive 2005/84/EC phthalates shall not be used as a substance or a component in the toys and the products designed for a care for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 percentage by weight. Product Description
Toy- inflatable ring in shape and plotting of a fish made of softened PVC, size 81x80 cm, the top is yellow-blue-green, the bottom is blue with safety warnings in various languages. The toy is packed in a paper box with a coloured printing with a picture of two models in the front and marking on the back. The sticker in Slovak language with a name of distributor, user manual and warnings is attached to the packing.
