Risk Description
In some vehicles, under certain driving conditions, the urea injector may block when the engine is turned off, meaning that no urea will be injected when the car is started up again. This blockage is temporary, and the injector will start working normally again after 12 minutes’ driving. This may lead to Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions above the regulatory limits. The product does not meet the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
