Risk Description
Vehicles without a bulkhead were manufactured and supplied with a single instead of a double seatback. There is a risk of excessive movement of the seatback in the event of a rear-end collision, which could result in the driver being thrown out and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
