Risk Description
Due to the routing of the cable bundle of the driver and front passenger seat's cable bundle, the bundle and the seat rail's end stop can rub. This can lead to damages to the bundle by metal parts when the seat back is the rearmost position. This can provoke the seat airbag's malfunction, increasing the risk of injuries in the event of an accident. Moreover, this can cause a short-circuit, creating a risk for the vehicle to catch fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
