Improper battery junction box covers can result in damage such as cracks, excessive deformation, melting, broken rings and/or broken latch. This can lead to blown fuses, blown relays or melted plastic in the battery junction box, increasing the risk of fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
