Risk Description
The toy poses a serious risk of choking especially for young children because it contains a mouth-piece which can be easily detached from the opening of the balloon and fits entirely into the small parts cylinder.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

Product Description
The package contains a plastic propeller, 3 balloons and an end piece. The propeller shall be connected to the blown-up balloon and after releasing it flies as a helicopter.
