Risk Description

The toy poses a serious risk of choking because the hard ring easily detaches from the opening of the balloon and fits into the small part cylinder. Due to its small size it can be swallowed or inhaled by young children, causing a risk of choking. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

The package contains 4 balloons. In the opening of each balloon there is a hard ring, which gives a squeezing sound when the blown-up balloon is released.
