Risk Description
The product poses a risk of :- fire because the mains adaptors can overheat.- electric shock because it is possible to plug the mains adaptor into the plug adaptor with one pin in the live socket and the other in the earth socket, or over the edge of the plug adaptor where it can be contacted by the user. The product does not comply with the relevant national regulations.
