Risk Description
4 or 3 incidents of overheating whilst charging have occurred, the latest incident is alleged to have scorched the floor. (Exact number of incidents still has to be confirmed). Test results carried out to date have been inconclusive. After the third incident O2 has appointed a different specialist testing house and also submitted the earlier two damaged devices together with chargers for re-testing. O2 is still awaiting the results of this latest round of testing.
