Risikobeschreibung
Das Produkt stellt ein chemisches Risiko dar, da das Gesicht der Puppe 25 Gewichtsprozent Bis (2-Ethylhexyl)phthalat (DEHP), 3‚6 % Di-‚isonyl‘phthalat (DINP) enthält, während das Pony 23 % Bis (2-Ethylhexyl)phthalat (DEHP) enthält. Nach der REACH-Verordnung sind die Phthalate DEHP, DBP und BBP in allen Spielzeugen und Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten, während Phthalate DINP, DIDP und DNOP in Spielzeug oder Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten sind, die von Kindern in den Mund gelegt werden können. Darüber hinaus enthält die gelbe Plastikhose der Puppe 370 mg/kg Blei, was den zulässigen Höchstgehalt für Spielzeug von 90 mg/kg übersteigt. Das Produkt entspricht nicht der Spielzeugsicherheitsrichtlinie und der einschlägigen europäischen Norm EN 71-3.
