Nach der REACH-Verordnung sind die Phthalate DEHP, DBP und BBP in allen Spielzeugen und Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten, während die Phthalate DINP, DIDP und DNOP in Spielzeug oder Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten sind, die von Kindern in den Mund gelegt werden können.
