Das Produkt stellt ein chemisches Risiko dar, da das Kunststoffmaterial der roten Schuhe der Puppe 5,9 Gewichtsprozent Bis (2-Ethylhexyl)phthalat (DEHP), 0,16 Gewichtsprozent Dibutylphthalat (DBP) und 10 Gew.-% Di-isononylphthalat (DINP) enthält, während das Kunststoffmaterial der orangen Schuhe der Puppe 9,1 Gew.-% Bis (2-Ethylhexyl)phthalat (DEHP), 0,23 % Dibutylphthalat (DBP) und 3,1 Gew.-% Di-isononylphthalat (DINP) enthält. Nach der REACH-Verordnung sind die Phthalate DEHP, DBP und BBP in allen Spielzeugen und Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten, während Phthalate DINP, DIDP und DNOP in Spielzeug oder Kinderbetreuungsartikeln verboten sind, die von Kindern in den Mund gelegt werden können.UND #13;
