Zwierzątko-zabawka ('animal toy') was recalled on 19 February 2016 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0197/16. Choking, Suffocation risk reported by Poland. The product contains small parts (the antennae and the balls attached to the wheels) that can easily detach; small children can put them in the mouth and choke on them.

Risk Description

The product contains small parts (the antennae and the balls attached to the wheels) that can easily detach; small children can put them in the mouth and choke on them. The plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
