Risk Description
The openings formed between the ladder structure and the slide edge could lead to entrapment of the head, neck and body and the presence of rotating parts may pose a risk of strangulation. Moreover, the positioning of the horizontal T-bar and other swing elements, which are placed too close to adjacent structures, could cause the child to collide with the ladder or wooden frame. The clearance between the swing and the ground is not sufficient for older children to swing safely and the large distance between the rungs could cause the child to fall from the ladder. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-8.
