Risk Description
Due to poor battery cell quality, some cell groups go into a deep discharge state (very low or zero volts) during a period of storage or use. This automatic discharge can cause asymmetric cell voltages, increasing the risk of burns and fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
