Zabawka was recalled on 21 May 2021 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/00674/21. Chemical risk reported by Poland. The plastic material of the toy contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), (measured value up to 11,3% by weight) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (measured value up to 12,8% by weight).

Risk Description

The plastic material of the toy contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), (measured value up to 11,3% by weight) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (measured value up to 12,8% by weight). These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system and/or liver. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
