Risk Description

Failure to bolt the plus voltage (B+) cable tightly enough to the starter generator may result in contact problems and an increase in contact resistance at the bolted connection. This may in turn lead to local overheating and the vehicle catching fire or to the engine stalling while the vehicle is coasting. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
