Risk Description
The product poses a risk of damage to sight because the spinning top includes a laser device, the features of which are not marked. Given its emission power (1.80 mW), it should be classified as class 3B in accordance with standard EN 60825, and is therefore potentially hazardous to eyesight under all conditions of use. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60825.

The following indications are marked on the box: LASER TOP, MUSIC & LIGHTING, not suitable for children under the age of 36 months. No. 8654, made in China, CE, not suitable for children under the age of 3 years due to small parts. Item: d09847, barcode and importer identification.
