Risk Description
The products pose, respectively:1. a chemical risk because the puzzle releases 180 mg/kg of formaldehyde which exceeds the maximum limit of 80 mg/kg;2. a chemical risk because the puzzle releases 230 mg/kg of formaldehyde which exceeds the maximum limit of 80 mg/kg;3. a chemical risk because the puzzle releases 205 mg/kg of formaldehyde which exceeds the maximum limit of 80 mg/kg;4. - a chemical risk because the puzzle releases 230 mg/kg of formaldehyde which exceeds the maximum limit of 80 mg/kg,- a risk of choking because each of the puzzle's pieces fits completely into the small parts test cylinder, children may put into their mouth and they may choke. These toys are all marked "Not suitable for children under 3 years" although it is clearly intended for younger children. These products do not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 71-9.

Product Description
1. The product is a rectangular toy puzzle (30 pieces) made from 8 mm-thick plywood and measuring approximately 44 cm x 35 cm. Small plastic grips are screwed into the pieces of the puzzle. The toy is placed on the market in a transparent plastic film. On the back there is a sticker with a warning in three languages stating "Not suitable for children under 3 years". 2. The product is a rectangular toy puzzle made from 8 mm-thick plywood and measuring approximately 30 cm x 23 cm. Small plastic grips are screwed into the pieces of the puzzle. The toy is placed on the market in a transparent plastic film. On the back there is a sticker with a warning in three languages stating "Not suitable for children under 3 years". 3. The product is round toy clock made from 8 mm-thick plywood and with a diameter of approx. 30 cm. Puzzle pieces showing aquatic animals are arranged around the clock's hands. Small plastic grips are screwed into these pieces. The toy is placed on the market in a transparent plastic film. On the back there is a sticker with a warning in three languages stating "Not suitable for children under 3 years". 4. The product is a round toy clock made from 8 mm-thick plywood and with a diameter of 20 cm. Puzzle pieces showing numbers are arranged around the clock's hands. Small plastic grips are screwed into these pieces.The toy is placed on the market in a transparent plastic film. On the back there is a sticker with a warning in three languages stating "Caution! Not suitable for children under 3 years because of small parts which may be swallowed. Keep address and instructions".
