Risk Description

This product poses:- a risk of choking because small parts come off during the tension test. All parts fit wholly within the small parts cylinder. Children may put small elements into mouth and choke;- a risk of suffocation, because it contains a cord which thickness is smaller than 1,5 mm;- a chemical risk because red paint contains 630 mg/kg of lead (Pb) and 130 mg/kg of chromium (Cr). The product does not comply with Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 71-3.

Recommended action

Chemical: Stop using the product immediately. Wash any skin that has come into contact with it. Keep it away from children. Return it to the retailer for a refund if possible. Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer. Suffocation: Remove the product and any packaging from the child's reach immediately. If a child is having difficulty breathing, call emergency services. Dispose of plastic packaging safely.

Who is at risk?

Anyone who has used this product, especially children, pregnant women, and people with sensitive skin. Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. Infants and toddlers are at highest risk. Never leave plastic bags or soft materials in a sleeping area.
