Wooden rattles was recalled on 17 February 2017 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0156/17. Choking risk reported by Spain. The little wooden balls of wood attached to the rattle can easily detach.

Risk Description
The little wooden balls of wood attached to the rattle can easily detach. Small children could put these small parts in the mouth, which may pose a risk of choking. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
