Wooden playpen was recalled on 2 May 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 0476/08. Injuries risk reported by Poland. The product poses a risk of injuries because of:- unstable fastening when in the higher position – dowels become loose,- the bottom of the product is unstable when pushed on from above,- the bottom of the product can be installed at a height higher than 300 mm from the upper edge, - presence of sharp edges – springs –where removable bars connect with the frame of the playpen,- protruding tips of screws.

Product Description
A basic, non-folding, hexagonal, wooden playpen for self-assembly with bars of diameter 16 mm. Four bars are removable. Underneath the playpen are 6 small wheels – 3 of which are equipped with brakes. The floor of the product can be installed at 2 levels. Diagonal of product is 125 x 109.5 cm.
