Wooden mouse was recalled on 30 October 2009 under EU Safety Gate alert 1390/09. Choking risk reported by Germany. The product poses a risk of choking because hands and feet break off on application of a force of 5N (88N minimum permissible) and can be swallowed by children.

Product Description
The test sample is a toy wooden mouse. It is about 13 cm high and has a coil spring of about 21 cm long for hanging purposes. The coil spring can easily be pulled out to a length of over 150 cm.
