Risk Description
The metal solder contains an excessive amount of lead (measured value up to 36.25% by weight).The black cord and the artificial leather contain short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) (measured value up to 3.55% by weight). Lead poses a risk to the environment.SCCPs persist in the environment, are toxic to aquatic organisms at low concentrations and bioaccumulate in wildlife and humans, posing a risk to human health and the environment. The article does not comply he requirements of the Commission Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS 2 Directive) and with the Regulation on persistent organic pollutants (POP Regulation).
