The product has an excessive concentration of nicotine (measured value up to 24.1 mg/ml). Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested.Additionally, the product does not have an information leaflet. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
