White female plug was recalled on 3 August 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0767/07. Electric shock risk reported by Spain. This product poses a serious risk of electric shock because:- the dimensions of the mobile base differ from those indicated in the standard;- the compartments of the base are not elastic enough to guarantee adequate contact pressure;- the product did not pass the glow wire test on resistence of insulation material to normal heat, fire and superficial currents.

White female plug 10A 4mm. It comes in a transparent blister package. The label bears the reference RAYDAN, white female plug, 10A, 4mm V23-F, identification of importer, EC bar code and "made in P.R.C".
