Risk Description
The amount of nitrosamines released by the balloons is too high (measured values up to 2.4 mg/kg). Nitrosamines can cause cancer via inhalation, ingestion or dermal exposure. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and European standard EN 71-12.
