Risk Description

The electric blanket can be connected directly to the power supply without the control unit. If used in this way, the electric blanket will overheat in the absence of a thermostat and a vulnerable person could suffer heatstroke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
