Risk Description
During the process of assembling , it is possible that the manifold attachment parts were not tightened with the required torque. As a consequence, fixing elements on the exhaust manifold may become detached and fall onto the road increasing the risk of accidents. The product does not meet the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the type-approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
