Risk Description

The charging connector on the scooter have insufficient insulation, making live parts accessible. A user could touch these live parts and receive an electric shock. Additionally, when the cruise control system is switched on, the machine can move even when the driver is no longer at the controls, causing injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive, nor with the European standard EN 60335-1.
