Voltage tester set "6pcs Tester Pen" was recalled on 19 August 2011 under EU Safety Gate alert 0815/11. Electric shock risk reported by Hungary. The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the metal tips of all voltage testers are much longer then required,- the height of the protection rims is less than required.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the metal tips of all voltage testers are much longer then required,- the height of the protection rims is less than required.Due to the above dimensions, live parts of the metal tips may be touched by the user during use. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61243.
Product Description
The package includes 6 voltage testers (4 longer and 2 shorter). The testers have plastic covers and these covers constitute integral parts with metal fingertips. The inscription on the longer voltage testers reads: “BLACK BULL”. The inscription on the shorter voltage testers reads: "Made in China 1
