Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because of the lack of security stitching in the energy absorber.The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Directive and the relevant European standards EN 355 and EN 362. One accident reported.

Product Description

The product is designed for protection on via ferrata. The lanyard consists of an energy absorber, with two arms which connect to the cable with karabiners, and a means of connecting to the harness.
