The user has access to conducting parts in the battery compartment that are not correctly isolated from the primary circuit. There is a lack of information in the safety notice on how to assemble the fan. If the fan is not assembled correctly the user could access moving parts of the fan.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
