The mains adaptor supplied with the product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the clearances / creepage distances between the primary and the secondary windings are not sufficient;- the insulation resistance is not sufficient.

Risk Description
The mains adaptor supplied with the product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the clearances / creepage distances between the primary and the secondary windings are not sufficient;- the insulation resistance is not sufficient. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
