There are long functional cords with free ends in the hood of the product.They can become trapped during various activities of a child, leading to strangulation. The product does not comply with the relevant European Standard EN 14682.

About this risk

This product contains cords, strings, loops, or other elements that can wrap around a child's neck and cause strangulation.

Recommended action

Remove the product from the child's environment immediately. Cut any cords or strings if they cannot be safely removed. Never leave children unsupervised with products that have loose cords.

Who is at risk?

Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops.
