The charger poses a risk of electric shock because:- it does not have adequate mechanical strength and the material from which it is made is not sufficiently resistant to heat.

Risk Description
The charger poses a risk of electric shock because:- it does not have adequate mechanical strength and the material from which it is made is not sufficiently resistant to heat. As a result, the charger may break or deform and live parts may become accessible;- the clearances and creepage distances in the transformer are not sufficient.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
