The clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuit are not sufficient.The user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The charger is made of plastic that is not self-extinguishing in case of fire.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
