Risk Description
The clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient; also, these two circuits are not insulated from each other and are linked by an inadequate condenser. Furthermore, the dielectric strength (on the printed circuit and in the transformer between the primary and secondary windings) is insufficient. Consequently, the user could receive an electric shock from accessible (live) parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and with the relevant European standards EN 61558-1 and EN 61558-2-16.
