Risk Description
The product poses a serious risk of fire because elements on some units have been found to distort in use and can touch the casing. As a consequence, the casing can melt and the element may come into contact with any surface the heater is placed on and a fire can occur.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive.4 incidents where customers saw flames inside the unit have been reported.
