Risk Description
The accessible metal dish has inadequate insulation which could cause the dish to become live. The plug adaptor does not fully enclose the non-UK plug and could be removed without the need of a tool. There are no shutters on the plug adaptor to protect against contact with live parts. The plug pins have incorrect dimensions. The plug is not fitted with a fuse.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335 and the relevant national standard.
