Risk Description

The small zip pullers on the cot can easily be detached and a small child may put them in the mouth and choke. There are also snag points in the corners of the cot where the child's clothing could get caught and accessible points where small fingers could be pinched. The strap across the changing unit is too long and may get wrapped around the child's neck, with the risk of strangulation. Moreover, the velcro fixing the base of the bed (mattress) detaches too easily and a small child could pull it up and get trapped underneath, with the risk of suffocation. The product does not comply with the relevant European standards EN 716-1/2, EN 1930 and EN 12221-1/2.
