Risk Description

Due to a manufacturing defect in the body of the controller, cracks may develop in the weld seam. If these remain undetected, they will cause the weld seam to break under the dynamic load of the vehicle being driven. If the control arm breaks completely the vehicle can no longer be steered.

Product Description

Control arms produced in 2013 for vehicles manufactured between 1996 and 2010. These replacement parts may be installed in the following vehicles: Audi A3, Audi TT, VW Golf and VW New Beetle.
