Unknown was recalled on 19 June 2015 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/0763/15. Electric shock risk reported by Hungary. The product may cause an electric shock because:- The USA/AUS/NZ pins of the plug may become accessible while the European pins are being inserted into the mains;- Live parts may become accessible as the plug only partially enters the adaptor; - It is possible to connect Class I protection devices but the protective earth circuit continuity is interrupted.
