Risk Description

The product poses a risk of drowning, because it does not keep children afloat. Two incidents reported. Moreover, it contains inadequate warnings in the instructions for users.The product does not comply with the Directive 89/686/EEC for personal protective equipment and the relevant European standard EN 13138-1.
