Risk Description

The product does not meet the relevant physical and mechanical safety requirements. There is a risk of drowning as the non-return valves are not working and the device therefore does not retain enough buoyancy. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 13138-1.
