Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the mouthpiece contains 36.2%, the orange plastic bottom 29.4% and the printed plastic top 27.9% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). In addition, the plastic contains isophorone, cyclohexanone and toluene.According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
