Risk Description
On the basis of a functionality test (in shoes, socks and bare feet), the individual layers of the mat slide on each other, causing the upper foil to twist, which represents an undesired slip. Considering the character and design of the product and the age limit for its use (>12 months), the risk of injury as a result of a slip and subsequent fall can not be excluded while using the product.

Product Description
Product (stepping Sound Mat) is made of plastic foil with images of six animal figures on it. Attached to the mat is a "sound board" with a push button, which houses the acoustic effects and blinking lights. When pressure is applied to the black and white spot on the image of animals, a sound characteristic of the individual animal along with a blinking light is produced.
