Risk Description
The adaptor has no provision for earthing and has not been fitted with the means for overload or short circuit protection. The plug pins are exposed when the adaptor is inserted into a mains socket and the adaptor shutters allow live parts to be accessible.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950 and national standard BS1363.
